WHERE AND HOW TO START
Hello and welcome to our church website. We invite you to join us in fellowship at any of our worship services. It is our prayer that through your interaction with us, you will experience the love of Christ and grow in closer relationship with Him.
We are a bible preaching, teaching, believing, and living church pointing the lost to the cross of Christ. We are excited that you have taken this opportunity see how God is working through us on the web.
You can expect to experience the love of Christ from the moment you walk into the sanctuary. We are a multi-generational progressive church on the move with a clear mission of leading the lost to the cross of Christ. We are confident that you will love to call The Drew your new church home.
What can I do to be saved?
The Bible teaches “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (Romans 10:9, KJV)
We believe the Scriptures teach that Christian baptism is the immersion in water of a believer, into the name of the Father, and Son, and Holy Ghost; to show forth in a solemn and beautiful emblem, our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen Saviour, with its effect, in our death to sin and resurrection to a new life; that it is prerequisite to the privileges of a church relation; and to the Lord’s Supper, in which the members of the church, by the sacred use of bread and wine, are to commemorate together the dying love of Christ; preceded always by solemn self-examination.
Once you arrive for worship, we ask that you let a member of our hospitality ministry know that you are a first time visitor and they will assist you with everything that you need.
We’re so glad you’ve decided to visit us! You’ll find a list of commonly asked questions. Please don’t hesitate to send us a message or give us a call at (305) 688-3510
You can find our location on the map.
We welcome you to come just as you are. Some members wear dresses or coat and tie, however others wear jeans and t-shirt. We believe that it’s what’s in your heart that matters to God, not what you wear.
